Part number 2781 or 4581 fit Berlingo or Picasso
The instruction show the bars fitting inside the doors
The picture in the instructions is wrong the brackets fit into the roof pockets provide by the
Manufacturer

Various part numbers
The brackets keep popping out from under the door aperture
The main reason for this is tightening the bars in the wrong order.
The kit comes in 3 parts
bars ( A )
the brackets with the rubber feet ( B )
and the brackets that go inside the doors ( C )
Put the three parts together loosely by one or two thread turns making sure the bar curve is
upwards like a hump back bridge.
Check the numbers stamped on bracket ( C ) as some applications have different brackets for left or right and or front and rear bars.
Put the bars onto the roof with the brackets ( C ) inside the door apertures.
Push the brackets ( B ) as far to the centre of the cars roof as possible and tighten onto bar ( A )
Finally tighten the long gold bolts between bracket ( B ) and bracket ( C ), you should only be able to tighten this bolt by about half its length, if you can tighten it by more than this you have bracket ( B ) to near the edge of the roof , and bracket ( C ) will be too upright and may pop out from

under the door aperture.
